Job Description
Additionally, the Physical Therapist II will provide Physical Therapy services within an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices, and ethical standards.
This individual will demonstrate accountability for, and contribution to, the Department’s daily operations, including fulfilling charge duties as requested
Exhibit fiscal responsibility through accurate time-keeping of assigned work shifts (which includes compliance with management-designated start/end times)
Participate in program development and quality improvement activities as requested by management
Adhere to the Department’s established productivity standards.

Position is enterprise wide, employees will be required to float between campuses.
Qualifications
Completion of Accredited Physical Therapy Program; Master’s or Doctorate degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years’ experience; if working in NICU, at least one year experience in NICU care
Meets Career Ladder requirements of Level II Therapist
License/Certification/Registration Requirements
Current valid California Physical Therapy license
Current BLS (Basic Lifesaving Certification - American Heart Association) for Healthcare Provider
CCS-Paneled or in process if working in NICU/OP Pediatrics

This position can serve the following age groups: neonate/child (0-3), child (4-12), adolescent (13-17), adult (18-64), and older adult (65+).
Salary Range:
$59.91 - $78.06 USD Hourly
