Job Description
This position is responsible for lead responsibilities in a café setting to provide a memorable service experience to all customers. Responsibilities includes inventory management and purchasing, scheduling of staff, maintaining daily/monthly food safety documentation of temperatures and cleaning procedures, preparing specialty coffee drinks, performing a wide variety of tasks related to the preparation, serving, and storing of food and cleaning of wares, equipment, and work areas in a manner that complies with local, state and federal health regulations.
Qualifications
1. High school diploma or GED.
2. Two (2) years of senior or lead work experience in a retail food service, coffee cafe or catering environment.
3. Must exhibit strong customer service skills
4. Strong attention to detail, quality and presentation.
5. Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication
6. Demonstrated experience being a lead to daily operations
7. Barista experience preferred.
8. Point of Sale (POS) cashiering experience preferred.
License/Certification/Registration Requirements
1. Current Food Safety Management certification.
Salary Range:
$31.29 - $39.50 USD Hour
